Known for its modern architecture and premium facilities, Guoco Tower is an iconic landmark for business and innovation. This commercial space design project focused on three distinct areas, each transformed with a different modern mural wallpaper concept. Our team carefully selected and installed three unique designs to bring personality, depth, and visual interest to the environment. Wall Before Transformation
The wall in this working space featured a plain, smooth white surface with no visual elements. The layout created a clean but minimal look that lacked character and depth. The seating area added some warmth with its orange cushions, but the wall above it remained empty and uninviting. The lighting subtly highlighted the wall, but the absence of design made the space feel incomplete. This area served its function but did not reflect the dynamic energy expected in a modern commercial setting.

The wall now features a vibrant tropical mural wallpaper with a large red sun-like circle and flowing botanical illustrations. The bold composition instantly adds life and personality to the working space. The mural creates a striking contrast against the minimalist surroundings and enhances the seating area with a creative and natural vibe. For this space, we selected the Muravi wallpaper from Honpo’s mural collection, a design that showcases big flowers intertwined with abstract tropical leaves and organic lines. The composition features a bold red sun at the center, balanced by neutral tones and green accents, creating a modern yet nature-inspired aesthetic. This mural brings a dynamic visual layer to the workspace while promoting a calming atmosphere. Framing a Visual Niche
Wall Before Transformation
In this part of the room, both the recessed niche and the surrounding wall were underwhelming. The niche itself had a patchy orange finish with visible brush strokes and an unpolished texture, while the adjacent wall remained plain white with no decorative elements. The visual contrast felt disconnected and lacked design intent. Although the arched structure created architectural interest, the whole section did not contribute effectively to the overall commercial space design. The surface conditions made it clear that a makeover was needed to enhance the aesthetic appeal and bring out the potential of this feature corner.

After installation, this corner transformed dramatically with the addition of wallpaper mural art. The once-plain niche now stands out within a vibrant feature wall that mimics the look of traditional black-and-white tile patterns, adding depth and texture to the space. The contrasting design wraps around the recessed area, bringing cohesion to the bold orange niche and giving it a playful storefront feel, especially with the striped top detail.
